A way to split the production notes up for each department (Art, Purchasing, etc.) instead of one box of notes for everyone internally.

Maybe by having other note boxes for each department listed or maybe have the Production Note box generate dividing lines for each separate note pertaining to different departments.

Just some ideas.

We use text blaze to automatically designate sections for different departments. Has been an easy solution to isolating messages and keeping consistent timelines within the production note. 
The person creating the po adds the text blaze in place. Great for other uses/templates as well.

This is VERY big for us. We need another separate note section, not seen by customers, for information not related to production like art update requests, customer follow up notes, out of stock notes, etc. Just one additional section would work. We are looking at other software options because of this. If you have a work around besides "Internal Notes" on the customer file, please share: Sales@h5sports.com
