Additional Automations SHOULD BE FREE

Can anyone justify the additional monthly charge for something that costs nothing to duplicate...especially when the automations are already so limited? We’re literally being charged extra to add another basic “if this, then that” rule.

Better yet, the Zapier integration kept getting worse and worse so we couldn't even keep building our own automations. 
API is basically unsupported and missing critical data points to build automations anyway. So it's a crapshoot. 
Automation limitations were a big reason we had to look at other options other than Printavo and Inksoft.
