Would like to see additional shortcodes added to email templates, as well as the ability to bold certain items.

For example [tracking-number], [shipping-addr], etc, stuff like that.

AGREED! These are all great ideas.

It seems like the framework is already there to add some fields, so it just needs to be enabled on more fields. Literally every variable field for a customer should be able to be plugged in!
