Allow Automation Messages to Be Sent From the Actual User Who Triggered the Action (Not Just the Invoice Owner)

Currently, all automation messages in Printavo (status changes, approvals, payment reminders, etc.) are sent from the Invoice Owner's email address, even when the automation is triggered by another user (e.g., a project manager or team member making a status change).
This leads to confusion for customers who receive communications that appear to be from the invoice owner but may need a response directed to the PM, and it can also make it harder for teams to track responsibility internally.
Feature Request:
Please allow automation messages to be sent from the actual user who triggered the action — or at least provide a setting where shops can choose between:
Sending from the Invoice Owner
Sending from the User who triggered the action
Sending from a generic company email (like info@)
This added flexibility would better reflect the real-time workflow and team dynamics in many shops, especially those with project managers overseeing production while sales owns the invoice.

So helpful!

Drives me insane, yes this would be amazing!
I've always wanted to test having Zapier go find the most recent email thread with the customer and reply in the same thread. No 'notification' just our email bot chiming into the email thread we already have.

Agreed. It would be better for quotes, invoices, etc to come from the email address of the person sending it out. Not a generic email address that gets lost in customers inbox.
