Allow "No Billing Contact" to be an option in customer settings

There needs to be an option to not require a Billing Contact in a customer. Requiring a billing contact makes us set a contact who may not want all the emails to come to them when an automation sends invoices to the Billing Contact shortcode.

Agreed, nice as it is to finally have the billing contact & shortcode, it definitely needs to be an option, not a requirement. We have a few clients who's invoices go to the person who places the order, not one dedicated contact.

They could just make "No Preferred Billing Contact" an option.
