Currently, SMS in Printavo is limited to automated messages like payment or approval requests. We often need to follow up with customers who have opted for phone notifications, especially when they can’t access email.

It would be very helpful to send manual SMS messages directly to customers’ phone numbers for timely updates and follow-ups.
