We would love to see the Approved / Not Approved notation on the quick view pop up from the calendar view.

Art Proof Badge

Would love to see a Badge like the Paid badge when Artwork is Approved. This could even be done if we could automate Tags. So when we have the Status of Art Approved then a new tag artapprovedw would be applied. The Press operators need a visual queue of Art Approvals

When a quote is approved it would be nice if there was a way to change the color of the quote to show approved or have it show in quotes that it was approved for quick reference.

Improve Approvals to filter by orders approved/not approved

This is a massive set back and problem at our company.
It's really hard to tell from looking on Printavo when a job has been approved. For the art, it only sends an email saying approved but nowhere on Printavo including the message section does it say that. So it ends with all of us being confused and not on the same page.
Can we please have some sort of red, yellow, green light feature to help with that? Or something similar? That auto changes according to the info below.
Red: Not Approved
Yellow: Pending
Green: Approved by customer

agree. Maybe a stamp looking thing along with the approved artwork.

Hi Ashe! You can help improve this using automation: https://support.printavo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360057135894-5-3-Automation#h_01EX5PTSDRVHSSH6VHV0W5WD7M
You can create an Automation where on Approval, it will change the invoice status. We're adding this same Automation for Declines.

Printavo: i think you miss the point. "approved" shouldnt be a status... much like PAID is not. needs to be super clear looking at a schedule whats approved and what is not

I just manage this through Automations.

exactly the reason I'm pushing so much over to clickup

Depending on which level of subscription you have, this can already be done.
