When creating or editing a Category we should be able to customize the Description details for that Category, and it would automatically generate once the Category is selected. This would ensure all information required for each type of product is included for production. This would also aide in helping Customer Service Reps to ask the appropriate questions while taking an order and minimize errors or omitting vital information when creating a quote.
