Yes! Quickbooks has this function. It's super helpful, would be great to have it in Printavo

Yes, big time. That should be a standard feature for any order tracking or invoicing system. Even for people who approve but haven't submitted payment yet, they should get a daily reminder that their order isn't in process until they have either met the deposit or full payment requirement.
