Automatically add percentage to invoice when accepting Credit Card payemnt

When accepting a credit card payment through PayPal, we charge the customer 3% extra. It would be nice to be able to set that up so when they click to pay online through PayPal, it automatically charges the percentage while the customer is paying. Right now we have to manually add it to every invoice and then remove it if a customer pays cash or check.

Allow a setting to set an automatic stripe payment surcharge so we can recover the merchant fees if we want to.

This should be merged with the automatic credit card fees idea.
This has been requested for years and they did half of it by allowing percentage based fees.

Unfortunately my state, the state of Maine the law is that charging a surcharges prohibited. You may want to check with your state before doing this.

Like others havr mention, a flat fee doesnt help this problem. A $200 order and $2000 order are not thr same. The fees to us as shop owners arent the same, nor should they be to end customers.
