Currently, if a quote is modified after it's been sent, whether by adding or removing items, the payment button does not automatically reflect the updated total. This often results in customers approving and paying an outdated amount, leading to unnecessary refunds, confusion, and frustration on both ends.
It would be incredibly helpful if the payment amount could automatically sync with any quote changes prior to customer approval. This would ensure accuracy, streamline our workflow, and reduce errors and manual intervention.
