Automatization for a status

If you are trying to request payment once job is complete, these are the steps.
Automations>Create New
- Enter preferred automation name (i.e. Request Full Payment of Balance)
- IF THIS HAPPENS: (Choose these options)
-If status changed to _____
Choose your preferred status (i.e. Completed)
- THEN DO THIS: (Choose these options)
-Request payment for _____% amount
Choose your desired percentage of balance (i.e. 100%)
Then check "Send a payment request email"
Use the shortcode on the side to enter the "Billing contact's email address" in the TO: section
Finally write the Subject Line and create the Body of your email how you'd like it to read. Using the shortcodes on the side to include any customer specific/invoice info and the payment request codes at the bottom of the list.
Don't forget to hit Save when you're done.

Set up an automation that sends a payment when a status changes.
Steps:
Go to your automation settings
Choose "Status changed" as the trigger (the thing that starts the automation)
Pick which status you're watching for (like "Approved" or "Completed")
Set the action to "Send payment"
Save it
What happens:
When someone changes the status to whatever you picked, it automatically sends the payment. No manual work needed.
Example:
Status changes to "Approved" → Payment automatically sends
That's it!
