Printavo support and engineering can improve their understanding of Zapier and their API. Users receive incorrect answers that stifles the community from working on and discovering new automation ideas.
For example, users were told that Update Status was not possible in Zapier - it was always possible via a very simple API call. Printavo has integrated a tiny fraction of all the triggers available.
Another example, users were told that a new Order from Zapier can only have a single line item, which is false. An order created in Zapier can have as many line items as you want.
Users paying for premium should be able to get support on the premium features.
