Emphasize DUE DATE on proposals!
c
chris regec
I've lost track of how many times a customer approves a job and then asks "when will my shirts be done?". Our automated email even reminds the customer to check their details, including the due date, before approving. Sometimes, they don't approve it because they don't see a due date to double check!
Nine times out of ten, they just don't see it on the invoice because it blends in with the other (irrelevant to them) dates in a grayed-out box tucked up in the top corner!
PLEASE find a way to emphasize the customer due date. Pull it away from the other dates? Even just BIG BOLD LETTERS! Different color font, maybe? Can't be terribly difficult to write the code for a larger or bold font, right?
BIG EMPHASIZED DUE DATE PLEASE!

50% of customers cannot find it, it causes major issues over time.

Add Due Date to New BOLD Quote Headline?

Just wondering if it'd be possible to add the due date to the new addition of having the invoice # in bold on top of the invoice. Thanks

DUE DATE IN BOLD
Please and thank you

I've answered three "when will my shirts be done" emails this week because people invariably do not see the due date on proposals!

This is daily routine, man.

"The due date is on the proposal you approved. Yes, I know it's very well hidden. No, I don't know why it's not emphasized in any way. Yes, I know the other dates listed have no relevance to you."

If anyone is curious, I have answered well over a dozen "what's my due date?" emails and phone calls in the last week because customers consistently do not see the date on the proposals.

50% is an understatement, tbh. Way more than half are completely shocked when they're told the due date was already present on the proposal.
