**Change Delete Line-Items to automatically "Need to Order" again.

If you delete a line item from a purchase order can it automatically be set back to need to order.

When things get shuffled around it throws it into "Attached" and then nothing gets placed.

Right now when you delete an entire purchase order it sets the entire list that you need to order but not when you delete a line item.
