Currently, you have to have the default column selected under default line item columns for that information to reflect in your Purchase Order when it is created. We offer more than just apparel printing. We only have the quantity and category drop-down selected in the default settings. This is so there is not "extra" info that the customer is seeing in there quote if they are ordering paper printed, promotional or signage goods. Currently Printavo allows you to manually select any additional columns per line item as needed. The issue is that even when you manually select "color" or "Item#" in the order you are creating, that information is NOT carried over to the PO when being generated. This is forcing us to keep all column options selected at all times. Giving customers entirely too much info on products they are not ordering. I would love to see the ability to select the columns manually in the line item order specifically so that it translates to the PO when generated.
