Contractor Profile - "Customer"

Seems like listing the CUSTOMER (our contract client) as the CUSTOMER on the box label & packing list is confusing.
For their customer to get a box with a label list that says EMBROIDME is the CUSTOMER is not quite right for the contract client or end users perception. Same goes for all of the contract clients billing info on the packing list.
It's clear its a contract job & for who by their logo at the top.
Should probably list the END USERs name as CUSTOMER or nothing at all?
Thanks!

I agree...... I don't want the Contractor Information showing up as 'Customer Billing' or 'Customer Shipping' on the Packing Slip.

Just revamped box labels and removed customer information IF there's a Contractor Profile

Very minor, but box labels for contractor profile work orders should not display the "customer name" field so as to not confuse the end client/ raise suspicion

The contractor Profiles are great in concept, but still need some tweaking for sure.
One fairly large issue is removing the QR code from printed box labels. Since it directs ANYONE WHO SCANS IT. Back to the public invoice view.
So, if we are using the Box label for a Blind ship to the contract customers client, it's great that it now has the Contractor info, but THEIR END USER will see their pricing from us, and not whatever they sold it to their customer.
The two options are 1: remove the QR code completely when printing Contractor Profile Labels. OR
2: in the Contractor Profile creation process, have a field that allows us to put in the Contractors desired landing page. Then EVERY time you select the desired contractor profile, the QR code directs the scanner to that site.

Agree! Additionally, would love to be able to customize box label as well

When I scan the bar code that is assigned to a contractors profile it directs the person scanning to contact that contractor.

It would be nice if we could have the option to remove the QR code

Sam Jensen: They fixed this now. If you scan the QR code, it shows the contractor contact info now
