If you add the ability to delete preset task lists once another is completed, then you could create a button selection system. Example:

If status is changed to _____ then apply preset task lists "1," "2," "3," & "4"

If all tasks in preset task list "2" are complete, then delete preset tasks "1," "3," & "4", and change status to ______

You would have to create several automations to rig this, but it would be nice to be able to click a task and it acts like a button, removing the other options and changing to the appropriate status.

The option menu button system might even be a cool preprogrammed automation instead of the rigging displayed above. I would like to see what the possibilities are here.
