Totally agree . It should show on their account in Printavo if they have a Credit.

For this to be a program that works with QB- this should be a must so that we know if someone has a credit or not. Not just writing it in their file and have to look and see on every client if they happened to overpay the last time they paid. Which happens a lot. Or they double paid an invoice and just wants a credit on their account.
