I wish we could add customer credit to an account, and be able to apply it to an order. This way it could all be automatic instead of relying on an employee to add it in.

I agree we should not have to manually keep track of credits. Sometimes they over pay or duplicate a payment but they order more so no way to track credits. This really needs to be fixed.
