It would be great if you were able to put notes about a customer under just the customer and not have to link it to an order. You can only see the notes/emails for that order, and would be great if you could add comments under the order. Right now you have the messages section and it's only emails, but if you could add notes/comments about that order for internal use, would be very helpful.
