Yes PLEASE!!! We need a way to input prospects or companies that we can think of that we want to reach out to. Reminders to follow up with clients etc.

Keep track of potential customers

I'd love something similar to Google tasks on Gmail. Somewhere I can quickly add a potential customer's info and notes about what they're requesting while I'm on the phone with them without having to start a full customer profile. Kinda like a digital "Field Notes".

Project Board System

One of the problems with shops and it just gets worse the bigger you get is what projects are being worked on with customers that DO NOT have or need an invoice/quote to start. These projects have a lot of back and forth with customers, and in most cases, have multiple people working with the customer (graphics, what apparel do they want, event details, ect.), and things tend to get forgotten, overlooked, waiting on the customer to get back, and many other details.
The system I had developed worked like this..... the moment a client called (new or old), we would start a project board for them.... all the communications, links, details, screen shots they sent to you... basically anything being discussed or sent was in that project record. We could pass that record between employees - for example... if I was working apparel choices with them and they needed to work graphics, I could change the person required to work on the project over to my graphic gal, with notes with what they were looking to do or needed.... so we could easily play "hot potato!" - Each employee can do a find randomly through the day to see what projects pieces are on their board that they need to work on. Once the client was ready to order, we could then convert that project over to an Quote/Invoice. Now the nice part was this... if that client called back the following year and said, hey we want to do the same thing we did last time, but with these changes... rather than having to dig through email... we just easily pulled up that project (anyone can, even if that employee is not here anymore) and reviewed everything. It was SO SIMPLE and easy to use. - Would love to see a project board system added!

Yes this is exactly what I was trying to explain. We need to be able to manage leads.
The biggest help for this would be to have power scheudler type board but for managing leads. So for a lead we could manage the art, support, pricing, finding the garment, and then it could MOVE to scheduling. Theres no way to manage leads

I left a suggestion about a call log at one point that would be very helpful for this.

Have a section with prospects for the sales team to be able update and go back to.

Also adding a text area within the invoice that can be for the sales team similar to how production has an area to list notes.

CRM Platform

I've used a lot of CRM's in the past including Salesforce, Pipedrive, Nutshell, Monday, etc... and almost all of them are too clunky and have way too many features that make navigating hard unless you have an engineer to build it out to your specific requirements.
The truth is that, in almost every industry, sales people want an extremely simple CRM that integrates with Gmail.
I know theres 100's of requests for platforms to build out within printavo, but if we were able to make a simple, customizable deal tracker that integrates with Gmail it would help everyone out.
That way you can link your invoices to email addresses, have all messages associated with those invoices, and have them automatically move through the sales process when a status is changed in Printavo.
Agree/Disagree?

Customer Communication Tracking

I'm on the lookout for a way to keep up with all communication from team members to each customer. For example, if Nikki leaves a voicemail on Tuesday regarding an artwork question, and then Jamye sends an email on Thursday about an old invoice, it would be great for us to all see it at a glance so we don't under communicate or overcommunicate with the customers. Attached is a screen shot of how Stahls does it. 😊
