We were startled to discovered the level of access that everyone with a shop Printavo login has to Inksoft store data once it arrives in Printavo. There’s full access to view and edit all storefront information in Printavo no matter what permissions are given to users.
Meaning if you use Printavo to schedule cleaning tasks to a night cleaning crew they would have full access to all orders, client and financial information via the Storefronts. This information is available to all Printavo users, even users with no permissions allowed.
The user permission settings in Printavo are well thought out and and an important part of keeping client data secure. Is there a reason why the same level of security doesn't apply to Storefront orders once they arrive in Printavo?
I am aware that the Inksoft-Printavo integration is new, could this just be an oversight?
