I would like to request a more detailed invoice edit history feature in Printavo.
Currently, we can see basic actions such as when an invoice was created or when a payment was received. However, we cannot see a full timeline of edits made to the invoice after it was created.
It would be very helpful to have a complete audit log that shows changes such as:
* Quantity changes, for example customer originally wanted 100 shirts, then reduced to 90
* Size changes
* Product changes
* Pricing changes
* Discounts added or removed
* Shipping fees added after the invoice was created
* Add-ons or extra charges added
* Artwork or production detail updates
* Who made each change
* Date and time of each change
This is important because custom printing orders often change multiple times before production. Having a detailed edit history would help our team track customer requests, avoid confusion, and better understand why an invoice total changed.
It would also help with internal accountability, customer disputes, and chargeback situations because we could clearly see the full history of updates from start to finish.
