It would be awesome if we could insert a subtotal line. We add our extra charges such as screens on separate lines, which are counted as items if you click on show quantities. If we put them in fees, we have to remember a whole list of prices, since we can't just pull them up.

We have released a new version of Invoice Fees that allows you to search through a standard list of your shop's Fees. Add a list of fees to your settings (by visiting My Account-->Invoice Fees), and even set specific fees to add as default on all new Quotes. This update also includes a quantity field, percent field, and a 'Fee Total' and 'Item Total' to the Totals section.

We we be releasing an improvement to Invoice Fees soon where shops will be able to set fees within their account, search for and use those fees on individual orders, and see Fee totals on each order as well.

On invoices/work orders that have multiple categories, have a subtotal for each category at the bottom of it.
