Need some type of designation for when a job's garments has been delivered by UPS ("boxes in") and then a system to check garments in to confirm we have the correct pieces. A checkbox next to each size for each style (i.e. 12 Small Black Gildan 5000) and then a field for missing/damaged pieces.

Jamie Lampert I don't know if it's announced officially yet but in order to check garments in you have to have the premium plan. Of course everyone saw that coming but I held out hope.
I don't need to zap things, or QR Code them, or power schedule them. Just need to keep track of incoming garments.

Heath Shuford Well I hope it goes better than every other product launch. Whoever you show this stuff to (like the Inksoft sync, or Power Scheduler) is clearly not doing a good job and missing tons of obvious bugs.

jason@deuceshirts.com yep, same here. Total waste of time and they were so enthusiastic in the call too. The bug I found is STILL NOT FIXED, a actual bug. It's been like five years now.
Try going directly to an invoice link without being logged in. The redirect doesn't work. It's been sooooo long.

Admin Go look at every highly voted item on the board. They are still two years out on some of the stuff that's been sitting there for 5+ years.

This would be SO helpful. It is such a crucial part of the business to not integrate it into the system. It holds us up having to print each order so they can highlight them off and then no easy way to communicate when something is missing etc.

We think it would be amazing if we had a way to check off or highlight items as they're checked in to be staged prior to printing. This would allow our team to know that all garments are checked in visibly in Printavo, as well as let our ordering department know which items may be missing to complete an order.

Seen this? https://check-in.decoflo.com/ I'm not sure I understand why this isn't already part of Printavo. (Who owns/runs decoflo?) At first glance it looks nice, and it may be, but I'm struggling with the idea of adding another $50 per month to the $400 we are already spending -- soon to be $450? It's not just the checking in either. As best I can tell, the PO system is broken right out of the gate for us. We have waaaayy too many orders that have to be split between 2 or 3 vendors, and I don't see a way to make the PO system work in those cases.

Yes, PO system was broken right from when they launched it in 2015, I think? Hasn't been touched since.

this would be beautiful, I'd love for it to also show, not just in a PO, but in the actual invoice, maybe something as simple as a colored dot showing arrival.
