I am not sure what you are referring to when you say "contractor profile" but we put all of our internal notes that we do not want public noted under production notes. This allows for only our internal team can see the notes. I do however; wish that the customer notes did not print on the packing slips. We are a contract shop and ship blind so the customer notes can be confusing listed on the pack slip. It makes sense to see the customer notes on the order confirmation, but not sure why they need to be on the packing slip.
