how many people are actually working on these changes?

I love getting these suggestions bc I swear they are the same as always and I'm like guys no one is actually working on any of this. We get an update and it's like - hey we added a new exclamation point to that one thing no one cared about in the first place. Like maybe just UPDATE anything useful!
I still cant believe how there is not an update on receiving since the day Printavo started. The roadmap must have a REALLY long road.

Printavo had is benefits at a lower price point. But now that a premium is being charged, they better make these updates fast and more frequent. Because there are far cheaper options out there that offer A LOT more!!
Maybe they are rolling in the dough and they just don’t care?

I am starting to get very frustrated with the pace of upgrades and even the fixing of simple bugs. If they do not start investing in this, they will quickly find themselves replaced as soon as a viable option is found.
I have been with Printavo for many years and am quickly starting to lose hope that the planned upgrades will be completed. Even worse, I am starting to lose confidence in the product and the claims made by the company that they are working on these issues.
I agree with New Duds that the program does not seem robust enough but I fear that the platform needs a major overhaul including the servers and I don't know if the new "Inktavo" is willing to make the investment.
There have now been several "suggestions" that are really just valid frustrating complaints from your customers. Are you listening, Printavo???

My suggestions is find another software app. printavo is just not robust enough and their products don't come out ready to go. Unfortunately I have not found a good invoice system, but that is all we use it for. their "production management" is garbage. Try something like Monday.com Far superior in every way.

Yep, it does. Refunds/credits is two years out. While adding new features in the meantime, so the bug list is only going to get longer. They have not been adding engineers fast enough but they've been behind on it for pretty much a decade now.
