Under Customize Statuses \ order stage you can select Quote or Invoice. It would be nice to have an INACTIVE stage. It would automatically zero out the quote but keep all the information.

For us we have 2 statuses to help us here. "Lost quote" for ones we know we lost, and write the reasoning in notes. And "Archive quote" for ones we need to keep info on. Then when you're reporting, you can filter out accordingly.

Christina Soundh What do you do with the cost information? We have a similar status - but the pricing stays in our financials regardless of a status change.
