We have incidents of customers pre-paying for items and then sometimes and item is damaged and we need to issue a credit to them. We have always done this as a credit on their accounts to put towards future orders as our customers place frequent orders, but Printavo doesn't leave credits on their accounts. This is also playing an issue with syncing to QB because we have clients who have credits from before we switched to Printavo and if we apply their credit in Printavo as a payment then it syncs to QB as a new payment and makes them have another credit even though they don't and we did receive more money from them. It would be really helpful if Printavo found a way to integrate vendor credits as a way of payment that didn't sync over into QB as new payments.

We have a number of customers that give us a lot of orders. On occasion, there is a error of course, and being able to create a credit memo would be great, as it's a fairly common concept in accounting
