We have released a new version of Invoice Fees that allows you to search through a standard list of your shop's Fees! Add a list of fees to your settings (by visiting My Account-->Invoice Fees), and even set specific fees to add as default on all new Quotes. This update also includes a quantity field, percent field, and a 'Fee Total' to the Totals section.

Edit his function so if by accident you add an incorrect fee you can go back to the drop down and change it.

Please make an automated fee line that will calculate the fee.

Some of these fees should be added during the print/emb location entry. Such as screen fees. Back end enter cost per screen and it populates screen fees based on color and location. Also can do names, numbers, flash per, anything that is based on quantity of either color or pieces in the invoice.

Pricing Pre sets

It would be great to be able to have a pre set for art charge and set up charges auto pop in every invoice. It is so much easier to take a charge of than it is to go back and tell the customer it is going to be an additional charge for the set up of there 4 color print.

Standard Fees

Instead of having to type fees every time, I would like to be able to make a list of standard fees. Like Screen charge, also put a quantity to multiply the price by. So I could drop down - Screen charge - then type "left chest 3 color" - then quantity of 3, and price of whatever, which could also be auto filled from the pre-generated standard fee list This could also be used for digitizing charges, color changes, bagging, tagging, etc.
