Merch: Link images and color option

I completely agree with you. Our customers do not know the difference between graphite, sport grey, and medium grey. Having them switch would make everything go much smoother.

I agree with you. I am trying to set up a site for a daycare and I can already see an issue if they would not be able to tell the difference between (for example) all the different blues and red that are available. Different brand for colors look differently. Is there any new update that this will be changing?

Display the Color Choice

When customer chooses from the color options, the picture should change to that color. We should be able to upload each color mockup and tie the photo to the color choice in the drop down menu.

Shirt Color Options Below Mock UP *picture attached

Can we get the color options to be displayed below each mock up on a merch store. I've had multiple people ask if this can be an option when setting up stores. It would also be nice if the mock up changed from one color to the next when the mouse went over the other color options. Once in the item itself it would be helpful if when you choose your item the color of the mock up changes to show that indeed you did click onto Royal not the last mock up your scrolled over.

merch store - multiple pictures tied to a specific product color

If your item has multiple color options, there needs to be the option to upload the image to match the option. When you click the product color, the image needs to reflect that color option the customer has chosen.

Product image not tied to product colours.

Allow for products to have a default image not tied to a products colour so we may include an image with all product colours. When a customer selects a colour the image then changes to that colours product image.

See my screen shot. The shirt is Olive but the customer chose Black. The shirt should change color when the customer chooses a color. I've had customers think they were ordering the pictured color when in fact they ordered the first color alphabetically by mistake.

This is our biggest complaint with our stores.. Customers are always confused which colors are which. Adding this ability is crucial for us to keep utilizing merch for our online stores. Everything else we love.

Yes! 100% agree. Then the correct image would show on the invoice as well once the order is compiled.

When offering multiple colors or even a ladies/mens version option... it is constantly confusing customers when they look into the shopping cart and see a color they did not pick. This again happens when printing packing slips. Yes it says the color but It would also be great to visually see the correct garment color.
