I've requested this as well. An immediate message through a chat is much faster than going back and forth using emails with the task feature.

This is the most frustrating thing, not just about the emails, but that Printavo has always told me that "messages" are for communication between Customer and Sales Person, NOT between sales person and internal art department. We have to be EXTRA careful when emailing because even though we've replied directly to our team before, the customer has accidently gotten the message on a handful of occasions. It doesn't make any sense and they couldn't figure out why. I wish messaging could be "Safe" by making an internal and external portal possibly. Not sure....

I would just use Task and assign it to them they will get an email it will be documented in printavo and they can check it off once complete

Miles Parkhill I would rather see more of a chat section that is transparent to the team that is dated, time stamped and each message can only be edited by the person who wrote it. Much easier than using tasks.

Stan Haberkorn I know this is not a great answer but we use slack for things like this. I too wish everything was in one platform but that will probably never happen with any product you ever use.

Miles Parkhill We used Trello before switching to Printavo and they had it. It was great to use for communicating with the team. It's too bad Printavo can't figure this out.

Stan Haberkorn yeah I could see why that would be more frustrating since you had it before and it went away when switching. I guess I have not used many other products so I just adapt what I can to make it work for me. But seems like something that Printavo should have.
