More Specific History Details

While we all love the history section for each particular job, I noticed that if someone were to go into a job, change the quanitity, print location, etc., the only thing that shows up is "Name Here changed production due date from February 6 to February 6," instead of noting the exact changes were made.
It would be great if these changes were to read "Name here changed the quantity from 12 Small (insert) product)s to 24 on
Date
" if possible instead.Anthony Mesias

Add Tag Activity to the History Panel

Any additions or removal of tags should be reflected in the History Panel log. It is a very valuable data point and I am sure would be very helpful in several shops' workflow.

Time Stamping in Production Notes
C
Chris Coulter
There are time stamps on approvals and when dates are changed on the Calendar, but not a time stamp for the Production Notes. It would be nice to be able to view the exact time when something is added or taken out in the Production Notes. Having time stamping would raise the accountability to the editors. For those that don’t need the stamp, have an on/off switch.

Invoice History Details

Adver-T Screen Printing
I just spoke to someone from Printavo and he said the ONLY way to get this on the developers radar is to post here. Well apparently this has been an ongoing issue since 2018 and has been ignored. Printavo NEEDS a better history. Real time is great for the customer but on the back end we need to know EVERYTHING that has been done to any quote/invoice since it was started. We need to know WHO made the changes. We need to know WHAT changes were made (amount, size, due date etc) We need to know WHEN the invoice was changed (this is somewhat tracked now but needs to be better utilized. We need to know WHY the invoice was changed (Customer request, manager override, etc)
Printavo saves no previous versions of a quote or invoice that has been sent to a customer only the real time version so there is no record anywhere of any previous correspondence of quotes or invoices. I personally wish that the customer did not have a "real time" look and the software instead attached a PDF version for them to look at. This would at least allow us on the back end to show what was previously sent.

Track who changes prices

From a control point of view, we need the ability to see who is changing prices on orders.

Even having who last updated the quote with a timestamp in quote History would be helpful in some cases

Viewing details/instruction changes and product description changes in the order history

It's important to be able to view any and all changes made to the order after it's been created. For example, if a sales person writes an order incorrectly so the garments get printed in the wrong color, and then goes back and changes the instructions to make it seem like it wasn't their fault, you should be able to see those changes in the history!

Yes....
Also helpful to time stamp any changes made to the invoice.
