paid orders still need the completed email

For some reason if a customer prepays for their job, when we mark it complete they do not get a completed email. We try to make notes to call the customers, but it can get overwhelming if the customer service dept doesn't know a job was completed already.
It would be nice for the customers to still get the job completed email even if they have paid ahead.

This can be done with an automation. If you're changing your status to complete you can have it send out an email. You may have it selected to only send out if the customer has terms.
