If a payment is still processing the invoice should not say PAID. It should have a PENDING PAYMENT status or something to that tune. If something is marked as PAID it could get shipped out or picked up when the order is in fact not paid.

This too, We have been burned by returned payments and started production.

Pushing 2 years on this one. Seems like it should have been part of the updated payment processing. This is just rediculous. I only take credit/debit for this reason.

especially for ACH payments. We've had 2 orders where they showed paid, then the bank reversed the transaction days later for one reason or another and the customer + garments are long gone. Not ideal!

yes! wouldnt it be nice if they thought out all of the use cases before releasing new features?

We've begun scoping this simple fix and should have it in progress soon. Keep an eye on this thread for updates. Thanks for the assist everyone!

This is a must. That "PAID" mark should only be applied when the processing has been complete.

When a payment is made and the processing fails the "PAID" stamp is not removed
