Payment requesting is great--but not for archived orders

I have been loving the new payment requesting form! Being able to batch request and batch apply payments has been a huge time saver.
My issue with the current iteration is that on the payment request screen, it shows me all the invoices with an open balance, including archived quotes!
I am hoping that as you streamline this excellent new feature, you can change this so that archived quotes do not appear as an unpaid balance.

Alicia Autenrieth thank you for the great feedback! Can you please clarify how you are defining "archived quotes" to make sure we understand how this is creating a challenge for you? Thanks in advance!

Hi Heath,
Basic problem we have when trying to use: when on payment request page, we can't tell what is an order, quote, waiting on art, etc. If orders could be sorted by status on the request page, then we would be able to only ask for payment on the job numbers that need it. Or, probably even easier, just show the order status in a column right next to the order number on the request page. then I can just go down the line and click the orders that are truly needing payment. The status doesn't need to show on the payment request that goes to the customer. We use this feature also to make a "statement" to send. when the payment request is ready to go, we don't email. just print to .pdf and send to customer so they have accurate list of invoices that need payment.

Heath Shuford One of the order Statuses my company use in Printavo is "Archived Quote." These orders are then searchable in the Quotes tab (not the Invoices tab) and when a customer has an archived quote on their account, the total on the archived quote will not be added towards the "Total Owed" on their account.
Looking further into it, it seems that when we click the Request Payment button, it shows us not only the open invoices, but all of that customer's quotes as well--including the archived quotes. We both do not want to request payments on archived quotes, nor do we want to be requesting payments on quotes that have not been approved into invoices.
Thanks Heath!
