Can the "personalization" link under "more actions" in an invoice function the same way as the "Download Packing List" link?

The personalization link feels bulky, it has to email you a link to download a pdf... and there is no good way to get back into the invoice without clicking the back button.

The way the "Download Packing List" link is perfect - downloads the PDF right in the same window - I can print it out right in line with my work orders!
