Please get us better analytics, data export, reporting.

The analytics function in Printavo is embarrassingly unproductive. Graphs that I can't see scale or export, data that doesn't actually tell me anything. I want to be able to EXPORT things like "how much revenue did I do in X category this year vs last year...", "what's's the total number of imprints in X category that I've complete between these two dates..." I need to be able to measure outcomes and the reporting aspect of Printavo is underwhelming.
I have to hove over a data point and then what...write it down with a pen...screenshot it and do something else with it? For the love that is all SHOP MANAGEMENT, please help me manage my shop. No more updates, mergers, signage questionnaire, rebrand, name change, nonsense before we can get the BASIC functions of shop management under control.

We totally agree and have asked before.
Shop management is just about production work flow - we need all of the information easily accessible.
Requesting a Report that must email us a link to download a spreadsheet is cumbersome.
Please, please improve the data reporting functions and the accounting.

Couldn't Agree more. Printavo is very simple and easy to use, which is great, but I feel many growing shops will outgrow it because of the lack of essential tools you mention

Hi Brian, Totally agree and I have posted on this before. It has been in the "Planned" stage since May 2023:
Yona Gidalevitz marked this post as planned
We have a lot of reporting updates planned, but won't be able to kick them off until after we get through customer portal, statements, credits, and stored billing methods. It's coming though!

Even just the ability to create a statement. It's currently in a confusing, difficult method to make a half ass thing that isn't a statement.

hell yeah. #1 PRIORITY to help manage our shop. Enough with the fancy doo-dads for now.

Agreed, this is the most important function that needs addressing. Printavo is a huge data store, but unless you want to input it all manually to a spreadsheet the data is useless.

This is exactly the gap I’m running into as well. The issue isn’t just analytics, it’s the inability to measure operational flow inside the system.
Right now, Printavo tracks statuses, but doesn’t allow us to extract meaning from them.
What’s missing is time-based and throughput visibility, for example:
• Average time between statuses (Quote Approved → Ready for Production → In Production → Completed)
• Identification of where orders are sitting the longest
• Throughput per day/week by decoration type (DTF vs Embroidery)
• Orders completed per machine or per operator
• Total stitch count or imprint volume over time
• Revenue tied to production capacity, not just invoices
Without this, it’s very difficult to answer basic operational questions like:
- Do I need another machine, or is there a bottleneck in workflow?
- Is production actually the constraint, or is it artwork / approvals / intake?
- How long are jobs sitting idle between steps?
Even something as simple as being able to select two statuses and calculate average transition time between them would immediately surface bottlenecks and improve decision-making.
Right now the data exists in the system, but it’s not actionable.

Gary Lynch this is exactly my issue. Clearly the graph charts are being filled on the back end from data (CSV) being able to export those would be great. As a shop that is nearing HIGH volume in our second year, it would be nice to be able to analyze and plan my business versus having a system where we are forced to be reactionary. i need to be able to measure if we are meeting our lead time, falling behind and getting orders completed right on time.
