Please remove the payment link option from the auto emails. It is confusing to our customers and a couple have got upset with us because they wasted so much time looking for something that was not available.

We had a customer today send a PayPal Payment to the email address from Printavo that sent her the message. It took us some work to add the email to our PayPal account and retrieve the money.
Once again, PLEASE REMOVE the wording that tells people they can pay and let us edit that if we want to offer it or another way of paying

Agreed. I am unsure why customers can now make payment without us sending them the payment link. We order 10% overs on all jobs and when the job is completed we update our invoices and make our clients pay the new totals. We have not had any clients complain about it since we started this year. But I do not like asking a customer to pay a second time for an open balance.
