It would be a great benefit for everyone that uses the power scheduler if we were able to add in the actual production time for each job/imprint after it is done. This would help with planning similar orders in the future more efficiently. It would also help out on the analytics side of things too because now our raw production times would be accessible in Printavo vs. an excel sheet (or other software). Having this feature allows the entire production team to see their planned vs actual production times. This would help out tremendously when it comes to setting specific print time standards for shops.

Similar to how cash is budgeted for the month/quarter/year. Predictions vs actuals are always reviewed at the end of the time period.

You can even sprinkle a little more depth in there and allow the production manager to input production time data to specific employees and have a "team view" so everyone can see each other's times/averages/stats/etc...(Something like a leaderboard.. or a little friendly competition)

Adding actual time data would definitely take the power scheduler to the next level. Right now it is missing those comparable production times that let's us know whether or not we got the planning forecast right or wrong.
