I requested an update back in March about when a client is corresponding with you from Printavo (hit-reply@messages.printavo.com), it never shows you a return email from the client.
Can we add a simple feature where, when the client wants to send a reply, they have to input their preferred return email address?
You currently require them to provide a name when using the APPROVAL system (shown in screenshot attached)...so maybe that would be the easiest route to take by adding a secondary area to input the email?
