We currently have a profile created for rush or event sensitive orders that also uses a slightly different version of our logo so that it stands out to our staff as a "different" order on the work orders. This is a pretty good Band-Aid for out needs but we would love to see a more intentional change implemented.

Yes, firm icon and the ability to lock the due date so it can't be changed by mistake when moving things around on the calendar. Like an extra error message that says "this order is marked as Firm, cannot move production past customer due date" type of thing.

And rush connected to an expiry date so that if they don't pay in time then the quote expires.

we just write RUSH in the nick name field along with FIRM IHD. you can add an emoji into the the filed as well.

This needs to be a top priority, a RUSH if I must.

Would love the option to be able to add multiple customizable labels similar to how paid appears.

Rush and Firm are the two top options, but some others would be helpful as well.

Or instead of RUSH….a tag for FIRM so that even the rush jobs are covered.
