I am aware there are customer and production notes, but would it be a possibility to have sales notes, so reps have somewhere to record which does not affect the order? I think it would work best as a tab across the tops of orders, similar to how the scheduling and tasks are. Our team utilizes customer notes for art revisions, and production notes for production, so there is nowhere to record sales related notes, where the customer will not have access to view them, without disrupting our current process.
