Adding the ability's to filter Quotes/Invoices by status give better analysis capability. As I pay commission to my sales team, being about to separate the quotes by status would save an immense amount of time in preparing commission reports.

The ability to run report sorted by sales rep/owner

Need some sort of reporting for commissions by salesman or user. Love most things about Printavo but the overall reporting is very poor compared to pretty much every POS system. Antera, CommonSku, AIM, all run circles around Printavo when it comes to reporting and if you can pull accurate numbers you really don't know your profit.

It would be helpful if customers owned by certain sales reps automatically triggered the sale reps name in the invoice owner spot.

Or if there was another field that has sale reps names to pull from.

It would be nice if we can make a way for the sales people to have access to their own analytics but not have to see everyone elses.

We need to be able to run a monthly report by salesmen by paid invoices. Could you please add this?

We have CSR's assigned to each sales rep in our shop. The status emails only let you email the invoice creator. If a secondary person (CSR) could be assigned to each job in addition to the sales rep then when we select "email invoice creator" it also emails the CSR listed. This would be very helpful!

When our CSR's input orders, it comes in under their name and then we have to reference old jobs in order to see which sales reps they belong to. This is becoming a hassle. We need a place for the CSR's and for the sales reps so that our reports can be accurate.
