Search By Phone Customer Number Would Be AMAZING!

Being able to search by phone number would be AMAZING! Before the recent search update, we could simply search the customer phone number, and it would pull up their account at the top. Now, when we search by phone number, we get random results. Asking for a phone number feels much more professional than saying, 'I'm sorry, I don't remember your name.'"

UPDATE: I noticed if you use this format to search by phone numbers (000) 000-0000 it finds the customer much better than 000-000-0000.

Brad, you can still do this, but have to choose to sort by Most Relevant. The default search is now by creation date and it picks up all kinds of odd data connections.

I think this is great. And also search by amount, date, zip, nick name also
