Secure public profile, change name from "public"

Public profile name needs to be changed and the link needs to be secured.
We have received multiple complaints/concerns over the past month regarding public profiles.
If there is something already in place that I am missing to further secure these please educate me.
1) the link is openly available to anyone who gets a hand on it because they are not password protected.
2) their addresses, cost of goods, artwork, goods, etc are all public knowledge before merchandise is available
3) calling them "public" profile only raises more concerns because it reiterates these are public. Change the name to customer profile.

Customer portal is great but is long overdue for a makeover.
A few things that would go a long way to the customer portal.
1) A searchable option to look up old orders.
2) See a total outstanding Balance and ability to pay multiple orders with 1 credit card payment.
3) Ability to see the status' that show under the new Power Schedule. If we have "Partial Goods" the only way for the client to know it to do an automation to send an email. This doesn't help when looking at all the orders as a whole. Option 2 would be to have it change the main status, but we can't have that override the status that it needs to be. Best bet would be for them to see the individual statuses within an order. We can be waiting for them to send art and waiting for goods at the same time.
We are trying to get all of our clients to trust Printavo aka the process and it difficult when their access is limited.
Attached is a possible way the portal could look.

We are officially kicking off efforts to secure the public invoice experience through customer accounts. We will be testing this in a limited beta before releasing this year.

Yona Gidalevitz It's now late 2024. You're at best 10 months late on this... Is there any reason, despite substantial and constant price increases, that simple fixes to MAJOR issues are never completed?

this would help us immensely!!
Clients customers being able to access more of their orders and have a smoother search option for their orders would build HUGE amounts of trust in our systems within printavo.
This is something that should definitely get in the works ASAP!

If we can upgrade the customer profile link to show total owed, vs open, SO maybe we can designate on our View of their profile which invoices are complete and DUE, and that will show as TOTAL OWED at top, As is Now the customer has to add up completed invoices on their own ( or in their accounting system ) And filter thru the works in progress,

When looking at the customer profile it would be helpful to have different tabs to view all of the quotes, completed, shipped, or outstanding balances grouped separately instead of having to sort through all of the pages.
