Hello. I constantly get clients that reply back to old invoices, this one attached is over 5 years old.
It's difficult though, because I do get a push notification to my email...but the return address is always "hit-reply@messages.printavo.com".
Is there a way to modify that so either:
1) The push notification shows the actual clients return email
OR
2) When I go into the messages thread they replied to, when I hover over the name it shows the actual return email. Or maybe require them (the client) to put in an email address before submitting the message?
