From what we see usually a tall variant is actually a different SKU/Item #, thus that would be indicated by the product line, not the qty/size sections. Which we actually think is easier for our warehouse and staging teams to keep it clear and organized. And for items with no sizes (bags, promo goods, hats, etc.) we tell our sales team to just use the generic quantity section.
However, we would like the ability to input custom options for unique hybrid sizes such as S/M, M/L, or waist sizes.

I also created a workaround.

Printavo team made it clear to me that the default sizes will not be changing. They think it's out of their control and blamed it on Promo Standards.
After building my own workaround to solve the issue, I can confirm it's simply not true and that yes, they need to add more size options. So this has my vote.
