You should be able to @ another user, and tag them to tasks so that you don't have to manually select it, especially when the same task is going to several different people.

If you could also do this in the production notes so that you can flag specific notes for specific employees, it'd be a huge help.

It should AUTOMATICALLY be listing who assigned each task as well.
